TextSafe works like a storage locker. You get a code (shuffle through to find one that's memorable) and pick a color. That combination unlocks your locker from any device and browser. We never see what you put inside due to client-side AES-256-GCM encryption with Argon2id key derivation-your passcode and color generate a unique cryptographic key locally, and only the resulting ciphertext reaches our servers.

Encrypted in your browser

Your text is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before it leaves your device. The key is derived via Argon2id (memory-hard, GPU-resistant). Our servers store only ciphertext-mathematically unreadable without your key. Zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot decrypt your data, even if compelled.

Access from anywhere

Phone, laptop, tablet, library computer-any modern browser works seamlessly. Your passcode and color regenerate the identical decryption key on any device. No apps, no accounts, no cookies. The Web Crypto API handles all operations natively.

Deleted automatically

Choose 2, 7, or 30 days retention. When time expires, a scheduled process permanently purges your encrypted data. No backups retained, no recovery possible. The storage ID is also removed-zero trace remains.
